Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join a new state‑of‑the‑art care home in Holt, Norfolk. This role involves residential, dementia, respite, and nursing care in a beautiful setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents
• Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals
• Contribute to care planning and coach support workers
• Promote services when dealing with relatives, prospective residents and enquiries
• Update and write care plans and resident documentation
• Make and report realistic assessments of each resident to ensure continuity of care
• Administer medication to residents in accordance with policies and procedures
