Senior Support Worker

Our Ofsted-registered childrens residential provision in Colchester islooking for an experienced Senior Residential Support Workers to join us. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in residential childcare who can confidently lead teams, manage complex and challenging behaviours, and provide consistent, trauma-informed care to the most vulnerable children who have experienced adverse childhoods.
