Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will develop and maintain the Supplier Quality Management (SQM) governance framework, ensuring supplier compliance and driving continuous improvement across BE BOM suppliers.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain SQM governance framework, procedures, standards, and best practices.
• Manage General Quality Agreements and ensure Nexperia Quality Requirements are implemented across BE BOM suppliers.
• Plan and execute the annual supplier audit program based on risk assessment and business priorities.
• Conduct supplier audits, surveillance audits, process audits, and special assessments.
• Track audit effectiveness and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Standardize supplier qualification processes, performance management systems, and audit methodologies.
• Develop and maintain supplier quality metrics, scorecards, and reporting systems.
