Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Job description

Required Skills:

• Supplier Quality Audit, Customer or internal complaints on part quality issues and project management
• Knowledge of MSA, SPC, FMEA and GD & T
• Review and analyze supplier SCAR and 8D methodology and root cause corrective action effectiveness
• Drive the supplier technical application and development of failure analysis with customer
• Outsourcing Supplier Quality Management
• Incoming Quality Inspection, MRB and Control of Nonconforming parts process
• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma
• Knowledge of Quality Management System, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and Social Management requirements
• Failure Analysis skill of understanding : SEM EDX, FTIR, GCMS, CSAM, Curve Tracing analysis, Cross section and etc.
