Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Team Lead, Work Execution, you will have responsibility for the hiring, supervision, training and management of the Technical Operators, ensuring the safe, reliable operation and minor maintenance of the Converter Station and Terminal Station located at Muskrat Falls. You will manage leave and staffing complement; ensure shift log reports are completed, and proper response provided to alarms. You will ensure that all Operators know the Operating Procedures, Operating Instructions, Isolation Procedures, and Work Protection Code, and you will administer the Collective Agreement as it pertains to your reports.
