About the role

Reporting to the Superintendent, Mine Operations, the Senior Supervisor, Mine Operations is responsible to supervise, and direct work related to drill and blast functions, pit dewatering, ground engaging tools and short-range power while working to support the long‑term goals of the operation.

To be successful, we require someone with excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to productively direct a team and build strong employee relations. You will be detail‑oriented, adaptable, energetic, and have an excellent attitude towards safety. Most importantly, the demonstrated ability to hold oneself accountable and lead and work under pressure will be vital.
