We are seeking a dedicated Senior Supervising Social Worker to join our team and provide high‑quality support, supervision and guidance to foster carers.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring children and young people receive safe, nurturing, and stable care. You will oversee a caseload of foster carers, ensuring they are fully supported in their roles and equipped to meet the needs of the children in their care.

Qualifications

For this role you must be registered with Social Work England and have demonstrable experience working as a Social Worker within children’s services. You should also possess a strong understanding of the National Minimum Standards and Fostering Services Regulations.
