Important - Senior Superintendent (Solar) work locations vary depending on project location. Must be willing to travel extensively, rotation is available. Candidates must have a proven track record of experience as a project superintendent in solar projects.

Our Senior Superintendents, boots on the ground are integral in ensuring that a project is completed timely and within budget. They lead the jobsite personnel on a daily basis to ensure that project milestones are met, and materials, equipment and labor are well coordinated. We are searching for someone who has a proven track record of successfully completing projects. Is a road warrior that has no issues traveling. This person should possess key qualities like leadership, business acumen, assertiveness, expert-level communication written and verbal, able to work through conflict, and has a strong sense of integrity.
