Lead field operations for powerline construction projects at Ledcor in Kingston, Ontario. As a Senior Superintendent, you'll ensure project efficiency and quality while mentoring your team.
In this full-time role, you'll guide day-to-day operations and develop project plans for power utility construction. With over 15 years in the industry and at least 5 years as a superintendent, your expertise will help anticipate client needs and resolve construction challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure projects conform to approved plans and building codes
• Develop and lead the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP)
• Update construction schedules and address delays
