Senior Subcontracts Administrator

About the role

As an integral member of the subcontracts management team, the Senior Subcontracts Administrator will perform the following duties:

• Draft the terms of subcontract agreements
• Draft collaboration agreements, memoranda of understanding and nondisclosure agreements, and process agreements for approval
• Prepare requests for proposals (RFPs)
• Conduct competitive bidding processes, evaluate proposals and support source selection
• Lead negotiations with subcontractors and, through to execution, manage subcontract documentation, including drafting correspondence, tracking deliverables, processing invoices and maintaining the contract file

Qualifications / What you bring to the role

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration
• Five to seven years' experience in subcontracts administration or procurement within the defence sector
