Senior Subcontract Management

**Description:**
You will be the Senior Subcontract Management for the PAC-3 Evolutionary Development team. Our team is responsible for delivering innovative subcontract solutions that enable the PAC‑3 missile system to meet performance and schedule goals.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Senior Subcontract Management you will be responsible for driving subcontract strategy and execution across multiple development programs.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Partner with Program Managers, Engineers, and Supplier Quality to define subcontract requirements early in the design phase.
+ Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate terms that balance cost, risk, and schedule.
+ Monitor subcontract performance, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and contractual obligations.
