Rather than being heavily design‑led, this role is centred around understanding existing buildings, identifying problems, advising clients and becoming the engineer people rely on when something needs investigating properly.

Responsibilities

• Carry out structural inspections, surveys and investigations on a variety of buildings.
• Spend roughly three days a week on site, with the remainder focused on reporting, technical problem‑solving and supporting project delivery from the Leeds office.
