The Role

As a Structural Engineering Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing PEB steel and RCC buildings in compliance with IS codes. You will ensure that all designs adhere to industrialized construction principles and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) guidelines. You will collaborate closely with IITM for design validation, and with the supply-chain team to select industry-relevant materials that facilitate ease of manufacturing, assembly, and construction, particularly for Minimum-skill manufacturing & On-site Erection to enable us to execute buildings scale.
