Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) – Weston-super-Mare

20 hours per week.

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our store is open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to handle early starts and late finishes.

What you'll do

You will be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need. In addition, you will handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders. You will roll up your sleeves – the work can get hot in summer and chilly in winter, but a positive attitude and strong customer service will help you succeed.

You will support your colleagues to deliver a great customer experience and, as a keyholder, you must have experience of being a keyholder or supervising a team. You will be trusted to open and close the store, assign daily tasks, and provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
