Senior Store Assistant - Keyholder

Schedule and Location

Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) , Billingshurst – 20 hours per week. Candidates should live locally and commute easily to the store. Store hours are 7 AM to 8 PM, so early starts and late finishes are required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, and supervise short‑term coverage when required.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Provide outstanding customer service, engaging customers and helping them find the right products.
• Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, including signing customers up.
• Maintain high store standards and support colleagues to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Be proactive, keep the store organized, and adapt to fast‑paced working conditions.
