We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 Supply Chain Functional Consultant to join our global support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving complex functional issues and ensuring business continuity for our clients M3 environments.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support: Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Infor M3 Supply Chain modules, ensuring timely resolution of tickets within defined SLAs.
Core Module Expertise: Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Procurement (PUR), Sales (OIS), Warehouse Management (WMS/MMS), and Distribution.
Business Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and provide functional workarounds or permanent fixes for system gaps.
