Senior Specialist Project Management

Responsibilities

• Supporting in all daily activities, including meeting minutes preparation, tracking of action items, monitoring deadlines, and prioritizing tasks
• Assigned to one or more roles within the scope of the Project Management Office (PMO)
• Apply state-of-the-art project management methodologies in projects within the framework of the IFX tool landscape
• Supporting overarching targets focused on improving project execution quality, process improvements, and execution compliance
• Supporting different projects as a supporter with extended knowledge of PJM tooling and processes, and proceeding within the PO organization
• Conducting data collection and reporting activities
• Responsible for measuring PS-related KPIs
