Job Summary

The Senior Specialist, Process Excellence is a standalone technical and operational lead responsible for the day-to-day management, documentation, and global optimization of employee-facing services across all Insulet geographies. TheSenior Specialist, Process Excellenceis a technical and operational lead
responsible for the day-to-day management and global optimization of employee-
facing services. Reporting to theManager, International Process Improvement,
this role operates as a standalone lead with two primary pillars of focus: the
management of theGlobal Fleet programand the support ofDACH (Germany,
Switzerland, Austria) Business Operations. The role will work across all Insulet
geographies.
This work will suit an operational consultant who is keen to take accountability for
