The Senior Specialist – National Facilities role is a hands‑on management role that defines scope of work, coordinates building design, implements projects delivery and manages built environment activities related to the end‑to‑end:

• Facilities Management
• Property Management
• Contracts management
• Project Management
• Real Estate Management
• Legal compliance
• HS&E Portfolio in National Facilities.

Ownership and ongoing real Estate Management, guidance and analytical business case including negotiations of commercial terms of all Commercial Office and Warehouse Lease Agreements relating to:

• New leases
• Renewals
• Relocation
• Extensions
• Terminations
