The Senior Specialist, Global Benefits provides operational delivery and continuous improvement of Bain’s global wellbeing and health programs through strong vendor management and HR partnership.

This role serves as a key connector between external wellbeing vendors (e.g., EAP, mental health providers, international medical carriers), HR, and regional stakeholders. The role will also support global health program operations, ensuring these programs are executed effectively, relationships are proactively managed, and the employee experience is streamlined and supportive.

Working closely with the Senior Manager, Global Benefits, the Senior Specialist brings strong collaboration and consultative capabilities to program delivery. In addition to administering programs, this individual acts as a collaborator with HR stakeholders, providing experience and perspective to strengthen outcomes and decision—making.
