Senior Specialist/ Assistant Manager (Rostering Optimization)

We are seeking a motivated and analytically minded Product Specialist to join our Crew Systems - Rostering & Optimization team. This role focuses on improving and evolving systems that support crew rostering, utilization and operational efficiency. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Operations, Crew Management, IT and external vendors to deliver system enhancements that reduce manual effort, improve robustness and support operational excellence.

• Support the end-to-end product lifecycle for crew rostering and optimization systems, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing and implementation.
• Analyze crew utilization, rostering outcomes and system performance to identify improvement opportunities.
