Overall Job Objectives

The Senior Head Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality head and scalp treatments to clients, providing exceptional spa services, and overseeing the operations of the head spa therapy team.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide scalp treatments, perform professional hair scalp analysis for customers, including shampoo, blow‑dry, basic head massage, and related services
• Provide the right solution to the customer by consulting, listening and applying technical know‑how
• Understand the fundamentals of sales and hair care and constantly strive to improve skills by learning and researching in the field
