Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day kitchen operations, including food preparation, service and hygiene compliance.
- Run the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Head Chef.
- Maintain efficient stock control, costings and financial adherence to budgeted guidelines.
- Coordinate communication within the kitchen and with other departments.
- Control food wastage and ensure strict food hygiene, health and safety standards.
- Support and monitor training and development of the kitchen team.
