Job Title: Senior Sous Chef – Luxury Island Restaurant
Location: Vlieland, Netherlands
Salary: €2,500 – €4,000 gross per annum
We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join a high-end destination restaurant located on one of the Netherlands’ most prestigious islands. The restaurant is consistently ranked among the top dining experiences in the country and is known for its refined, French-inspired cuisine with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients, premium fish and meat dishes, and elevated comfort food.
The operation runs in a strong seasonal rhythm, with peak service from Easter through September, serving a high-volume international and Dutch clientele in a fast-paced environment.
