About the role 
In this Senior Solutions Architect role, you will be responsible for the design and scoping of complex cross-practice solutions and services within our presales teams. This role will guide the end-to-end technical pre-sales for large complex programs and solutions for CyberCX. This will mean you support CyberCX industry and subject matter experts to meet customer needs, supporting thought leadership as well as providing guidance and mentoring to other CSG team members.

Whilst this role is predominantly a pre-sales consulting role, it is expected that the Senior Solution Architect will be engaged approximately 20% on client work to effectively undertake the end-to-end nature of the role, varying by engagement.
