As a Senior Solution Architect, you will ensure that our architecture enables high-quality outcomes, sound engineering practices, and effective alignment across teams. You will guide architectural decisions, strengthen governance, and support the organisation in adopting a consistent, Azure-ready, and reliable way of working.
Your Responsibilities:
Empower the Architects
Act as a cohesive architecture team leader, working collaboratively with other architects to drive change and ensure consistent practices across products/teams and domains.
Onboard, mentor, and grow architects by aligning goals, priorities, responsibilities, and expectations.
Facilitate team-wide clarity on architectural pillars, decision-making approaches, and governance processes.
Promote a strong team identity (“team power”), ensuring architects coordinate effectively, support one another, and operate with a unified vision.
