Senior Software Engineer

What You'll Do:
Build, maintain, and improve backend services that support company-wide functionality
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks (caching, async processing, latency, throughput)
Reduce technical debt and simplify service architecture for long-term efficiency
Improve system observability, monitoring, and operational readiness
Participate in on‐call rotations to support production systems and ensure reliability
Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and UX teams to deliver scalable features
Contribute to architectural decisions, service design, and platform evolution
What You'll Bring:
Experience building and maintaining backend services in production environments
Experience working with high‐traffic or business‐critical systems
