Senior Software Engineer

Overview

We need an engineer who builds the identity and access management that keeps Aize secure and seamless, shaping the product experience as much as the code.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve backend services in C#/.NET, owning key parts of our IAM domain.
• Design and maintain integrations between our portal, backend services, and third‑party systems.
• Work across backend, React frontend, and the DevOps infrastructure that keeps everything running.
• Shape features with the product team by scoping, estimating, and challenging the why behind what we build.
• Mentor teammates, contribute to architectural discussions, and facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Support a team that owns everything end‑to‑end, from infrastructure to UI, in a domain where you can grow.
