**Your Impact**

As a Senior Wireless Radio Software Engineer, you will lead development of radio firmware and driver components, driving Wi-Fi feature enablement and system-level performance across platforms

+ Lead design and development of radio firmware and driver subsystems
+ Drive implementation of complex 802.11 features and optimizations
+ Debug and resolve challenging cross-layer issues (RF, firmware, driver, system)
+ Work directly with chipset vendors to influence and resolve firmware behavior
+ Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of wireless systems
