Senior Software Engineer – Tech Lead, Enterprise Portals

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Telia. I’m Hans Rasmussen, Head of Customer Interaction in Norway IT, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward‑thinking team focused on modernising Telia’s Enterprise self‑service portal, delivering fast, reliable digital experiences for business customers.

What you’ll do

• Take technical ownership of the Enterprise self‑service portals, driving architecture decisions, code quality, and the team’s transition toward modern, AI‑assisted development practices.
• Lead technical direction and architecture for our Enterprise Portals, ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions across frontend and BFF layers.
• Drive the modernisation of the portal from legacy systems toward a spec‑driven, component‑based development model.
• Mentor and support fellow engineers, setting standards for code quality, testing, and AI‑assisted development workflows.
