Senior Software Engineer (Python/Java)

Role Description

Location: Bucharest, Romania

To re-implement and test existing StarMine Quant models in Python to provided specifications, and to build brand-new models working in collaboration with our Research teams. Build data pipelines to break down complex calculations into manageable stages.

Key Responsibilities

• We engage with product owners, architects and other specialists to craft and build complex, world‑class analytics models to address customer needs.
• Building and maintaining efficient, reusable, reliable and secure enterprise software, adhering to company standards.
• We demonstrate a consistent focus on quality, ensuring that the team delivers robust software through the creation and execution of automated unit + integration tests, and documentation.
