Senior Software Engineer

We need a
Senior Engineer (1 Backend, 1 Full-stack)
who ships fast, thinks clearly, and fixes real problems. We move fast, trust engineers with no politics, no process theatre; Just building.

What You'll Do

Own features end-to-end (idea → prod)

Write clean, scalable code

Fix performance + reliability issues that actually matter

Work with a modern stack:

• Backend:
  FastAPI, Pydantic, Postgres, SQLAlchemy (ideally)
• Frontend:
  React, , TypeScript, Zustand, Tailwind

Push our architecture forward without over-engineering

What You Bring

8-10+ years building real software

Strong Python/Go and TypeScript/JS

Experience running systems in production

Clear communicator, low ego,
high ownership

Can prioritise and execute without hand-holding

Nice to Have

AWS / infra / performance tuning

Side projects or OSS you actually care about
