**Job Overview:**

Senior Software Engineer (.NET) writes well-designed, testable, and efficient codes as part of the development team and will work under the supervision of managers of Population Health.

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

+ Analyze software requirements
+ Provide technical guidance in planning and executing assigned projects
+ Write industry-standard codes
+ Perform unit tests
+ Perform code reviews
+ Debug and fix software defects
+ Produce/review technical documents
+ Guide and mentor junior Software Engineers
+ Continuously improve software development processes and practices
+ Perform other related tasks as necessary

**Required Experience / Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
+ 4+ years' work experience in .NET programming
