Senior Software Engineer

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Position Type: 6-months contract (Renewable or Convertible)

Working Mode: Onsite

Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm

Seeking Software Engineer with strong and TypeScript experience to develop secure, scalable REST APIs, integrate with AI and frontend systems, and support digital transformation initiatives through clean architecture and collaborative development.

Responsibility

• Develop and maintain REST APIs using with ExpressJS or Fastify.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization, including JWT, OAuth2, and session-based RBAC.
• Build and manage webhook endpoints for payment, AI, and CRM integrations.
• Handle database management using MySQL with ORM tools such as Sequelize or Knex, and work with Redis.
• Establish clean code structure, including proper folder architecture and middleware implementation.
