Senior Software Engineer

We're looking for a problem-solver who enjoys building practical software in Python, experimenting with LLM tools, and communicating clearly with cross-functional teams. This is a long-term role where you'll work on real products, real users, and real impact.
What You'll Do
Write clean, maintainable Python code and ship small-to-medium features
Break down ambiguous problems and propose practical, well-reasoned solutions
Use LLM tools (prompting, evaluation, basic workflows) to accelerate development and research
Communicate progress, blockers, and ideas clearly with the team
Contribute to experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement
