Senior Software Engineer

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
4+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Al/ML development.
Strong foundation in machine learning concepts, deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and JAX.
Experience with Al/ML compiler technologies such as MLIR, IREE, TensorRT, XLA, or similar optimization frameworks.
Familiarity with computer architecture and/or hardware accelerators.
Familiarity with deploying machine learning solutions on custom accelerators.
