**Primary Responsibilities:**



+ Maintain and operate production services across Azure and/or AWS (VNet/VPC, EC2/VMSS, EKS/AKS, Load Balancers, API Gateways, Storage, Databases, IAM)

+ Implement SRE practices: define SLIs/SLOs, manage error budgets, and drive Incident & Problem Management with clear post-incident reviews and action tracking
