About the Role
This position performs software design — typically across multiple systems; mentors more-junior members of the team; and talks to users/customers and translates their requests into solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable, secure backend systems using PHP and Laravel
Design and implement RESTful APIs for web applications
Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
Integrate third-party services and APIs. Manage database schema changes and ensure data integrity using MySQL/PostgreSQL
