+ Drive increased efficiency across the team, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse.

+ Engage subject matter experts in successful transfer of complex domain knowledge.

+ Apply principles of SDLC and Agile methodologies, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques.
