Role Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer at TP ICAP you will be part of a talented team delivering business critical software for the internal broking division and their external customer base.
You will work within an Agile environment, from design through to implementation, with a strong focus on continuous improvement whilst working collaboratively as part of self-organising, cross-functional team with a focus on continuous integration and deployment.
Role Responsibilities
Work closely with Solution Architects and Principal Engineers to build solutions that align to the IT strategy/vision
Provide support and mentoring to other members of the team
Take ownership of, and be accountable for, the delivery and quality of engineering and solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements, adhere to best practices, and are delivered on time and within scope
