Salary: £140,000 - £150,000 base + bonus

Infused Solutions has partnered with a growth-stage FinTech providing intelligent automation and decision support systems for finance teams. We're hiring Software Engineers to own end-to-end delivery of production AI platforms.

You'll be responsible for significant components - from architecture through shipping, monitoring, and iteration based on real client feedback.

Ideal Profile

4-8 years commercial experience shipping production systems at scale
Led or owned a significant component, pod, or feature line - responsible for delivery, not just execution
Two or more of: startup experience, consulting/client-focused background, AI/ML systems delivery, financial services domain
Senior mindset: can move fast, can wear multiple hats, has good taste in technical decisions
