About the role

Senior Specialist Social Worker for the Youth in Sight team, a multidisciplinary team working with adolescents aged 10–18 years who present with complex mental health or emotional dysregulation, including those with repeat hospital admissions or who require therapeutic care. The role supports adolescents and their families to remain safely within their family home, through early intervention and comprehensive services.
