Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide casework, counselling, group work and community work
- Network and collaborate with relevant stakeholders and community partners
- Plan and implement programmes to meet the community's needs
- Maintain and ensure regular and timely recording of data in SSNet
- Plan and implement projects assigned
- Participate in staff meetings and case conferences as required and shares information in a respectful, non-judgemental manner
- Exercise good judgement and discretion in dealing with confidential information
- Meet with supervisor on a regular basis and participates in supervision and performance evaluation
- Provide supervision, guidance and coaching to supervisees (applicable to Senior Social Worker)
- Attend relevant professional development seminars and training programs for self-development
- Perform other organizational duties as assigned
