Senior Social Worker-HUD/VASH

Summary The HUD-VASH program, a partnership between the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Depart of Veterans Affairs, is a clinical case management program for chronically homeless Veterans aimed at providing psychosocial services to Veterans who acquire permanent housing through HUD's Section 8 voucher system. Functions as a Case Manager for the HUD/VASH Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) Program located at various sites within the SF VA Health Care System (SFVAHCS) catchment area.
