Senior Social Worker – Children with Disabilities | 9685 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £43,822 to £48,227 per annum | Grade K | West Norfolk and Breckland

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for two Social Workers with the Children with Disabilities Service, in our West and Breckland team.

Our Children with Disabilities (CWD) service provides support to children and young people with substantial and permanent disabilities who are 0-18 years of age.

We have three teams which cover Norfolk, and they are multi-disciplinary consisting of Social Workers, Family Practitioners, Assistant Practitioners, Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapist Assistant Practitioners.

The CWD West and Breckland team are a close-knit team working in a multi-disciplinary approach to support children, young people and their families across all aspects from initial referral to their full journey through Children’s Services including CIN, CP, CLA an...
