Multiple exciting opportunities have arisen for Senior Social Care Workers to be based within our care homes operated by OPS Residential & Day Services. This role involves undertaking a range of management and care tasks whilst demonstrating leadership skills in an encouraging and supporting role. Providing “on the job” coaching as necessary, overseeing and monitoring working practices as well as working alongside other professionals, utilising sound practice and knowledge is also essential. 

Successful candidates will also be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring and reviewing the individual care plans, whilst using key concepts within the National Care Standards and establishing and maintaining sound administrative systems, including; service user records, medication management and stock control.
