Job Description
About the Role
You will be responsible for programming and introducing new SMT products from concept through to production, supporting SMT operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Program new SMT products from start to finish.
- Create and maintain pick-and-place programs and component packages.
- Develop and optimise reflow profiles.
- Set up, operate and monitor SMT equipment.
- Conduct first-off inspections and quality checks.
- Support and train SMT operators and technicians.
Skills & Experience Required
- 3–5 years' experience in a technical SMT role.
- Strong knowledge of SMT assembly processes.
- Experience with SMT equipment and offline programming software.
- Understanding of IPC standards and ESD requirements.
