A well-capitalised international data centre platform is seeking an experienced Data Centre Site Manager to take full ownership of operations across one or more mission-critical sites in Finland.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for availability, compliance, efficiency, customer service, and team performance in a Tier III / Tier IV environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for the safe, resilient, and efficient 24/7 operation of hyperscale / colocation data centre facilities, overseeing electrical, mechanical, IT operations, security, compliance, and customer service.
Key focus areas include:
Site operations strategy, KPIs, availability, and PUE optimisation
Leadership and development of local operations teams
Electrical, mechanical, and IT systems oversight
Free cooling optimisation and waste-heat recovery initiatives
Regulatory compliance (Finnish & EU standards)
