Senior Single-Event Manager

Job Description
Insight Global is assisting a legal services client of ours in identifying a Senior Single-Event Manager for a new team they are building out.

• Conduct interviews and follow-ups with claimants or their representatives who are victims of single-event and catastrophic personal injury cases, nursing home abuse, or have a general personal injury claim.
• Conducts investigations from inception to settlement/trial, from intake and pre-litigation, through litigation and into settlement/trial.
• Coordinating and following up on the retrieval of claimant’s records.
• Review medical records, annotating records following our robust bookmarking procedures, as well as follow all necessary pre-litigation steps and procedures.
• Draft pleadings, interrogatories, and other litigation-related documents.
• Point of contact for your claimants, providing updates to their claim, as well as for insurance adjusters, defense counsel, court clerks, process servers an...
