Senior Simulation Trainer

**Description**

As a **Senior Simulation Trainer** , you will own the full lifecycle of simulation-based learning for MISO’s control room operators and engineers – from assessing needs and scripting scenarios to facilitating sessions, leading structured debriefs, and measuring program effectiveness. You will build a robust library of simulations spanning normal operations, abnormal conditions, and emergency response, with particular emphasis on contingency and system disturbance scenarios that challenge operators to perform under pressure.

You will bring firsthand knowledge of control room operations or energy management systems to the work, using that experience to design scenarios that are operationally rigorous, procedurally accurate, and grounded in how the grid actually behaves.
